This week, for the Makeup Wars, we are featuring a holiday look. I love the holidays because it's a time where you can go over the top with your makeup and it is totally acceptable. Not that I really care what anyone else thinks but it's fun to know that the holidays mean blingy, amazing makeup and that going a little over the top is a little more "acceptable".

So the following look didn't actually make it to a holiday party. It did make it too an early family Christmas dinner though. I was super happy with how this turned out. I have been REALLY loving all the LIT Cosmetic glitters I ordered during their Cyber Monday sale. I need to get reviews up for you on these. Actually, there are so many amazing, go to products in this post that I still need to review for you. I'm sorry for holding out on you. Why is it sometimes that our most favourite, everyday items get forgotten for new, and of the moment, pieces? Such is our fickle nature I suppose.
