This week some of your favorite beauty bloggers are sharing their Top Ten Gold products. I don't have many gold products as I find yellow gold doesn't compliment my colouring very well. I absolutely adore the look of antique gold though and I'm anxious to go on a shopping spree for some antique gold shades to embrace the antique gold trend for Fall 2013. Here are some of my most used and loved gold products ranging from white gold, to yellow gold, all the way to the far green extreme of antique gold with Aztec Gold from Fyrinnae.

I had ordered this collection months, and months ago. I guess maybe because I didn't have the same enthusiasm for this collection as I have for other a-england polishes. Just a quick nail of the day post to share with you. I will do proper reviews of my new Nfu Oh goodies shortly. Let's just say I'm addicted!
A-england describes Lady of the Lake as a dusky purple with rainbow glimmer and glow. This is a perfect description. It is a deep grey leaning purple but can look more strongly purple depending on the light. When the sun hits it the rainbow holo shows it's pretty face. It is so beautiful yet understated at the same time. Application of this is a dream. Opaque in two coats and consistency is perfect. I also find the a-england polishes to be very fast drying and long lasting. When the clouds roll over it is still well lit outside
The sale applies to both Mythicals AND The Legends collections! Check out some of my a-england swatches here.
a-england Ascalon is, well, fan-frickin-tabulous! I am so impressed with a-england's polishes. I haven't wore barely anything else in weeks. Ascalon is another stunning example of the complexity of this brands shades. I wish I had captured Ascalon in more lighting conditions as looking through these pics I am reminded of so many sides of her that I failed to photograph.a-england describes Ascalon as: Forged by magic and guided by our hero's sainted hand, the steely grey of his spire is alive with a swirling heart of
a-england Princess Tears is the most complex holo from the Legend Collection in my very humble opinion. I wish my pictures did it more justice. I should have taken pictures with artificial lighting as well as this captures the holographic aspect a little better. These pictures in natural lighting however with demonstrate the complexity of the shimmers in Princess Tears. It is just a breathtaking polish. Every angle, every form of lighting, reveals a new side to her. The formula is outstanding as has been my experience with the
As promised in my post of the four shades I received from the new a-england The Legend Collection here is the first of the individual reviews of the shades I received.a-England Saint George is described as: Bearer of a valiant & courageous heart, this fathomless teal reveals the strength of the brave knight's convictions with his gleaming, fiery core.Saint George is a deep teal that can lean more blue or green depending on the lighting. The beautiful holographic shimmers appear more multi-coloured in the bottle than they do on the
Princess Tears, Ascalon, Saint George, DragonPrincess Tears, Ascalon, Saint George, DragonWhat can I say? A-england is simply amazing. The colours are unique and breathtaking. The formula applies evenly and opaque in almost just one single coat. I am truly hooked. Adina is a genius and I cannot wait to expand my collection of a-england beauties. Princess TearsAs the twin lilac trails of tears stream with an incandescent glow down our doomed heroine's face, they are made even more poignant by luminous grey/ green flashes.Princess
Princess Tears, Ascalon, Saint George, DragonSorry everyone. I'm still struggling with the weather, sick kids and waiting for the replacement of my computer. There is sun and a computer in my forecast for tomorrow so hopefully I can start swatching and posting away!
