China Glaze Cranberry Splash Nail Lacquer from Holiday Joy 2012 ~ Photos, Swatches, Review

China Glaze Cranberry Splash from the China Glaze Holiday Joy 2012 Collection is a beautiful metallic cranberry shade with the subtlest hint of gold in it’s shimmer. It is almost a one-coater and applies really well. It seemed to take maybe a little bit longer to dry than my other China Glaze polishes. This is such the perfect quintessential holiday shade.

Oh and if you have any tips on how to get my nails to grow I’m all ears. I don’t know if it’s some sort of nutritional deficiency or something but my nails just start tearing and peeling as soon as the grow past the nail bed at all.

I’ve found that Biotin works really well for helping nails (and hair!) grow–although I have heard that it makes some people break out. I’m currently just using a B12 supplement for something else and I think that it’s also helping my nails.
My nails peel mostly on my right hand–I work with books all day, so the paper is extraordinarily drying. We also clean with straight up isopropyl alcohol, so there’s that. I bought the Dermelect Launchpad treatment after reading about it on several blogs and it seriously saved my nails.

Thanks Pamela! I can’t swallow pills so I’ve been trying to find a Biotin supplement that will work for me but so far no luck. I will check out the Dermelect Launchpad. Thanks!
