Love this one. When my sister started freelancing for Dior she stole all my permanent Dior palettes including this. And I hadn’t even gotten pictures of it yet! At least I can keep my limited edition ones until they sell our.
Great swatches.
I always love your swatches gives me a real idea of what they would look like on me. That gunmetal is gorgeous.
THis is so beautiful! The khaki shade seems to lean a bit more brown than I was expecting, but it’s beautiful nonetheless.
I had this one and gave it away bacause mine wasn´t as pigmented as yours. Now I have only Smokey Nude and that matte brown eye shadow is the best brown crease colour
I´ve ever had.
Why oh why does Dior always manage to put together colors that seem so common together but make it look super exquisite? I feel the impulse to rush out and GRAB this today!
Marcia you go get those from your sis! They are too lovely to give away!
Kelly the gunmetal khaki is beautiful and unexpected. Love it!
Becca the khaki looks more khaki on my eyes over a base than it does on my arm. I think my skin is messing with it somehow. I’ll have my FOTD up asap for you to see.
Day the pigmentation in my palette is excellent. So weird you had a dud. It may be worth trying again.
Sunny I have been totally won over by Dior with these trios. The quints never really got me but these are perfection!
Great trio, just reviewed the smoky brown one and although I love it, I have to say I wouldn’t buy another one. My wallet can’t take it!
I LOVE your blog for many reasons, but primarily because we have almost the exact same skin, hair and eye coloring. As such, when you do your eye make up using these gorgeous palettes, I can get a sense how they would look on me. I don’t know if you’re a trained make up artist but you do your eyes beautifully. I wish I had half the talent you do. This palette looks absolutely gorgeous on you and I’m hoping Sephora still has one in stock when I go there this weekend. Another palette I had purchased but decided to return before using it, which was a huge mistake, is the Dior Garden Palette, all the pretty greens. My favorite eye shades are the greens and purples. I had read so many mixed reviews about that palette and as such, I decided to save my money. When I first saw it, it was love at first sight and I completely understand what you mean by having mixed feelings about using the palette because the designs of the shadows are so gorgeous. After seeing how beautifully you applied it to your eyes, how stunning you looked with those shades, I again regret not keeping it. That’s another item I will be searching for this weekend at sephora. I wish you could do an application lesson for dummies: 101 in creating the most beautiful eye, where you would write down exactly where you applied each color, maybe have an eye pattern sectioned into 4 or 5 divisions, showing where you applied each color, in the order you applied them, what brushes you used, so even a dummy like me could follow your lead. I have to say I am so jealous of your talent. I’m hoping you will consider my suggestion and do it at least once, seeing whether your many other fans would love to see this added to your blog on a regular basis, as much as I do. Thank you for taking the time to show us how to make the most of the palettes and make up we purchase and how we can use make up to enhance our appearance. And by the way, there is nothing wrong with your eyelids. If you feel self conscious about it, I have some frownies I could send you that might correct whatever problem you think you are seeing. I think you look fabulous.
Thanks much,
Dlori

Gaelle I think out of the four I own Smoky Brown is my least favourite but I love them all!
Thank you so much Dlori! Your kind words mean so much! I have thought many, many times about offering detailed tutorials either through videos or pics but I just haven’t got around to it yet. You have reminded me of the fact I still haven’t made this happen. I promise I will start doing this kind of feature soon for you and anyone else you may be interested. xo
