So to test lightest and next-to-lightest in a range of neutral to cool I’d be spending, like, $20. To test. On a site that doesn’t seem to have detailed descriptions of which color suits whom.
Gotta say I’m missing the charm here.
Lsia I wouldn’t think you would need to sample that many to find a match. I was sent these samples and I found several matches. The shades are not hugely different just subtly. You wouldn’t be hunting through ten samples to find a perfect match as several would work well. Selecting a few to try would give you a good idea. The samples are also generous. Enough for probably a couple weeks of testing.
Thanks for your response, PP. Point taken.
Still, FWIW and I realize it’s not your company to fix, the huge range of colors without a detailed image-based way to distinguish among them is a turn-off, not a feature for me. I assume they’re reading this, and that’s why I’m taking the time to note it.
Thanks Lsia! I’m sure they will appreciate the feedback and hopefully take note.
Hi Lisa
Yes we have read your comments and we take all comments into consideration! Thanks
I find powder foundation like that is pretty forgiving. Find the undertone that you think suits you and try a few different samples from that.
