The pencils are soft and apply well. They blend out nicely and do seem to set. The swatches on my arm were actually incredibly difficult to remove but they did wear off a little more quickly on my eyes. Black 73 is a soft black while Silver 138 offers a subtle sparkle for a soft effect. It is a silver anyone could wear without feeling over the top with glitter and shine.

I like the look of the light silver- most silver liners are loud and in your face- this is dainty and much more subtle. I’m digging it!
