I received both of my Fyrinnae orders on Friday and I am totally blown away! I’m going to start swatching these babies for you soon but I wanted to share a look I did on Sunday. My first experiment with my new Fyrinnae pretties was actually on Saturday but hubby said, “I hope you’re going to wash that off because you look like a clown”, so needless to say I’m not posting that look! Actually I thought it turned out really nice but it was very purple, quite dark and certainly more in your face than my typical looks.
I can’t wait to start showing you swatches because these eye shadows are nothing short of amazing. I knew that they would be beautiful but honestly the pictures you see online, (and I’m sure this will apply to mine as well), just do not do these colours justice. Their complexity and beauty is beyond words. Yes, I’m in love.
For this look I used Rapunzel Had Extensions on the lid, Sake and Sashimi on the outer v with Newcastle to blend it out a bit as well as in the crease. I used Snow Leopard to blend out the crease. Nijiro in the inner corner, Monarch Butterfly to line. MAC Femme Fi on the brow bone. I primed my eye with NARS Smudgeproof primer and MAC Painterly Paint Pot as usual but I also used Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy on my lid.
Sorry, the sun was just blazing in the bathroom window so it was a bit difficult taking photos.

I am a fan of some of Korres’ products as well. I also love their body butters. And I use the oak & quercetin face primer. Love it!
