GOSH Quattro Eye Shadow in 55 Magic Tricks – Swatches and Review

We are lucky enough to have the trendy Denmark cosmetic brand GOSH available to us in stores in Canada. I was perusing the cosmetic aisles at my local Shoppers’ Drug Mart one day and came across a little GOSH display at the end of the aisle. Call me weird but I rarely buy any cosmetics in person. I’ve become a slave to my favourite high end cosmetic brands that I buy exclusively online due to my remote location. I can be wild and adventurous selecting shades for myself for an online purchase but even when I make it to the big city in person to do some shopping with some of my favourite brands I rarely come home with anything. I look. I scrutinize. I can’t make up my mind. So anyways, back to my story. I saw this display and there were two GOSH eye shadow quads that grabbed my attention. The shades looked like something totally unique to my collection and when I dipped in my finger and swatched on the back of my hand the creamy texture and rich colour payoff won me over. They came home with me.
Quattro Eye Shadow 55 Magic Tricks is a combination of greens and purples. Two vibrant and two more murky. Purple, Lime, Plum and Deep Green. They all have a glowy finish without being sparkly or glittery and the are smooth and highly blendable. I haven’t played with it enough yet to find my favourite way to wear these in a look but the quality of these eye shadows has me excited to know there is an affordable brand close to home that meets my high expectations. I will be exploring GOSH more for sure!

That does look nice, I really want to check out their Urban Jungle collection as that has some interesting shades in it, but everytime I go to the store its not there. At any rate I think Gosh is one of the best drugstore brands.

I’ve got several Gosh eyeshadow quads and the quality is great. I was just looking at them today but I don’t know if they are still available.
